Autoalex is one cheap smaller company that serves car rent customers at Helsinki Airport and at their city office in Töölö (Mannerheimintie 100, few tram stops from center). Autoalex is a good option if you want to rent your car from smaller local company and use their cheaper prices.
Personally I haven't done business with Autoalex but they have been on market for many years and their have ok reputation.
